摘要
The permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) is widely applied for the wind power generation due to its high operation reliability and large capacity. To analyze the dynamic of the PMSG during grid disturbances, its steady-state operating condition needs to be firstly solved. It has been verified that initialization to the PMSG needs to add the stator voltage or current orientation constraint. Different steady-state solutions are yielded depending on adopted orientation constraint. Considering that the small signal stability analysis is affected by the initialization to the steady-state condition, in this paper, the small signal analysis results are compared with different orientations adopted to solve the power flow of the PMSG. Considering the active power dispatch operation mode of PMSG, the steady-state solutions with different orientations are obtained. The small signal stability analysis is carried out based on the different power flow solutions, and the conclusions obtained from the comparison results are verified based on simulations of wind speed disturbance scenarios.
