摘要

Black raspberries (BRB) elicit anti-cancer activities in vitro prevent oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) in vivo and modulate OSCC biomarkers in human trials. “Hallmarks of cancer” pathways (e.g., apoptosis, inflammation) gleaned from our human phase 1b trial (OSU0497) provided the basis for mechanistic studies of BRB-mediated OSCC chemoprevention. This study evaluated the molecular and functional effects of BRBs in OSCC models that recapitulate OSU0497.
