Abstract
以1,10-邻菲罗啉(Phen)和2,4-二氨基-6-(2-吡嗪)-均三嗪(DAPT)为配体,与铁系金属(M=Ni,Co)盐反应合成了两个新型的金属配合物——[Ni(Phen) (DAPT) Cl2] ·3H2O(3a)和[Co(Phen) (DAPT) Cl2] ·3H2O(3b),其结构和性能经IR,LC-MS,元素分析,TG-DTA和摩尔电导率表征.用UV-Vis、溴化乙锭荧光竞争光谱、相对粘度、电化学、DNA热变性及盐效应等方法研究了3a和3b与小牛胸腺DNA(ct-DNA)的相互作用.实验结果表明:3a和3b与ct-DNA的结合模式均为插入模式;3a与ct-DNA的结合强度略大于3b.
