The Pharmacokinetics of Single and Repeated Once-Daily Doses of 10, 20 and 40mg Omeprazole as Enteric-Coated Granules

12 healthy men were given 10, 20, and 40mg of omeprazole as enteric-coated granules once daily for 5 days and as single intravenous doses in a randomised crossover trial. Blood samples were collected at intervals for 24 hours on days 1 and 5 during oral dosing and after the single intravenous dose.
