Abstract
To reduce the valley-to-peak of the wind electric output power at hour level, and the adverse influence of the wind power intermittent and fluctuations on largescale wind power grid, the paper proposed wind power part "peak shaving" control strategy. It is based on the hour-class wind power output instruction of the wind power short-term prediction technology, then uses battery energy storage system to minimize the difference between peak and valley and wind reserve synthesis output-minute class average volatility of wind power is limited to less than 10%. It proposed calculation method of positive state distribution based on energy storage power. Based on optimized control strategy of the battery energy storage system, it analyzed relationship between the average fluctuation rate of stabilizing the output power and storage capacity in the energy storage device. Simulation results verify the correctness and feasibility of the storage capacity configuration in the control strategy.
