Contour Control Of The Full Flexible Nozzle In The Wind Tunnel Based On Virtual Shaft

The structure of the full flexible nozzle in 0.6mx0.6m trans-supersonic wind tunnel and it's working principle and features were introduced. Combined with it's mechanical structure features, various control structures were comparative analyzed and a multi-motor proportion synchronization control method which based on virtual shaft control principle was proposed. According to the synchronization error and the tracking error requirement of the multi-motor synchronization control system, simulation platform build system with four electric cylinders using MATLAB, convergence and robustness of the system were tested and verified. In order to control the flexible nozzle stably, mechatronics control scheme was designed. Simulation and experiment results showed that the control algorithm had quick convergence rate, good synchronization accuracy and stability behavior. It's proved that the research on contour control of the full flexible nozzle in the wind tunnel achieved the desired objectives.
