The Expression of Serum Thymidine Kinase(1TK1)In Breast Disease

Objective To evaluate the value of detecting the expression of serum thymidine kinase1(TK1)in malignant and benign breast disease.Method Using the method of immunoblotting to evaluate the value of TK1 in malignant and benign breast disease,and as the comparisions with the pathological results of the tissue attained in the operation.Result The expression of TK1 in benign and malignant beast diseases are 7.1%,62.1% respectively.Conclusion The difference in the level of TK1 is a reference index to distinguish the character of breast disease.
