Abstract
The microstructure and property of high velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF)sprayed WC-Cr_3C_2-Ni coating were investigated by means of optical microscope,SEM,XRD,hardness test and measurement of porosity before and after laser heat treating.The results show that WC、W_2C、Ni_2O_3 and Cr_3C_2 will exist in the HVOF coating before and after laser heat treating,and that the laser heat treating can make the structure become dense,the porosity reduce, the thickness decrease and the microhardness appreciably increase with regard to the coating.
