Aim–Atherosclerosis is an inflammatory disease triggered by arterial proteoglycans retention of proatherogenic lipoproteins. The aim of this study was to characterize the antiatherosclerotic properties of a chimeric anti-sulfated glycosaminoglycans monoclonal antibody (chP3R99 mAb).
