不同种类赤霉素对试管棉纤维伸长生长的影响

Abstract
用棉花胚珠切块诱导愈伤组织,将其转入含不同种类的赤霉素或同种赤霉素不同浓度的BT培养基中,经悬浮振荡培养使分化为游离的纤维细胞.发现大部分愈伤细胞可分化为纤维细胞,在适当的pH(pH5.0)条件下,GA3、GA4及GA4+7均可促进纤维细胞伸长,其中以GA4+7效果最为显著.每一种赤霉素,对纤维细胞的伸长作用均存在一最适浓度,低于此最适浓度时,纤维长度随浓度提高而增长,而高于此最适浓度时,纤维细胞的伸长效果不明显.对此结果进行了分析讨论.
