摘要
For those satellite navigation systems, whose ground stations distributed only in local area, such as Compass, satellite observation arcs are limited. Satellite orbit determination based on these satellite-to-station ranges is lack of precision. Inter-satellite ranging based on Inter-satellite link is able to extend satellite observation arcs and enhance satellite orbit determination accuracy. Aiming at the inter-satellite link of narrow-beam antenna, a new TDMA frame structure is proposed. Orbit determination performance based on joint ranges of inter-satellite and satellite-to-station under the new TDMA frame structure is analyzed. The factors impacting orbit determination performance such as ranging error, ranging interval and ranging link number are all analyzed. Simulation results show that after adding inter-satellite link, the maximum improvement of orbit determination accuracy is 77.5%. Among the factors, ranging interval is the predominate one.
