Abstract
Study of neuroprotectic properties of antagonists calcium was carried on model of craniocerebral trauma. It is obvious, that high antiischemic activity possesses depakin and ethosuximidum, high antihipoxic action — depakin, high antiseizuric effect — depakin and raagne-sii sulfas. It was demonstrated, that inhibit the neuronal calcium channels T-tape were revealed of importance in the pharmacological treatment of secondary traumatic brain injury.
