Abstract
文章从中医临床辨证论治的要求出发,在上篇对现行的表证概念进行修正与重新界定、中篇对《伤寒论》《金匮要略》与《温病条辨》丰富表证证治内容进行系统标定与列举的基础上,进一步例举亲身经治的15例有效病案(病种涉及低烧、痹证、头痛、鼻渊、鼻衄、紫癜、湿疹、咳嗽、耳疾、眩晕等),对六经表证的广泛性加以实践印证,具体彰显了运用和发挥这种大表证理论对于有效指导临床杂病的辨证论治具有实用价值.
