Abstract
采用超声波浸取法从金丝草中提取多糖,纯化后的多糖通过清除Fenton反应产生的羟自由基(□OH)、邻苯三酚自氧化体系产生的超氧阴离子(O2□)的能力评价金丝草多糖体外抗氧化活性;以及采用分光光度法测定了不同浓度的多糖溶液提取液对亚硝酸钠的清除能力。研究结果表明金丝草多糖对超氧阴离子和羟基自由基具有良好的清除能力,同时对亚硝酸钠也有一定的清除能力。 The ultrasonic extraction method was used to extract the polysaccharide from Pogonatherum cri-nitum. The clearing hydroxyl radical (□OH) and the superoxide anion (O2□) activity of purified polysaccharide were operated to evaluate polysaccharide in vitro antioxidant activity; hydroxyl radical (□OH) was produced by Fenton reaction, and superoxide anion (O2□) was produced by pyrogallol autoxidation. The spectrophotometric method was used to determine the sodium nitrite removal ability of the extracted polysaccharide solution of different concentrations. The results showed that the Pogonatherum crinitum polysaccharide has good scavenging ability not only on superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical, but also on sodium nitrite.
