Radiative capture of. pi. sup minus mesons by xenon nuclei on stopping
Soviet Journal of Nuclear Physics(1989)
Abstract
A xenon bubble chamber has been used to study the radiative capture of {pi}{sup {minus}} mesons on their stopping. Its probability at {gamma}-ray energies {gt}40 MeV relative to all capture channels is (1.06{plus minus}0.10){center dot}10{sup {minus}2}. The energy spectrum of {gamma} rays is described by a one-pole model.
