摘要
Introduction: Complications of rhytidectomy (face lift) traditionally include hematoma, nerve injury, skin necrosis, infection, and alopecia. As rhytidectomies are becoming increasingly accepted and more are performed each year, increased complications will likely result. Our case details a patient who developed an arteriovenous fistula (AVF) 3 months after a rhytidectomy. This is the second report in the literature of AVF after rhytidectomy and the first report of treatment using Onyx.
