By the analysis of the formation and detection approach of the laser and radio wave field, our viewpoint is put forward that the radio wave field is composed of modules of photons group with graded density, and the photons in the radio wave field exist in pairs with opposite phases of polarization states; In the laser field, all the photons have the same polarization state, and the field is composed of approximate planes of photons groups. The laser field can be viewed as a compressed radio wave field and as a quantized electromagnetic field. According to the analysis, the technologies realized in the field of optic communication can be introduced into the radio communication field to improve the performance of the radio communication and navigation systems. Besides, the laser system can be used to simulate the electromagnetic transmission system, to analyze the electromagnetic propagation characteristics in complicated environment by scale modeling.
