Abstract
目的探讨左肝外叶切除术治疗左肝内胆管结石的效果.方法对近4 a来昆明医学院第二附属医院肝胆外二科收住的79例左肝内胆管结石行左肝外叶切除术病例进行回顾性分析.结果单纯左肝外叶切除术15例,左肝外叶切除加胆道切开术48例,肝叶切除加胆道探查术后胆肠吻合术16例.本组无手术死亡.经随访,72例治疗效果优良.结论左肝外叶切除是治疗左肝内胆管结石的理想而有效的手术方式.
