Abstract
目的了解省、市部分企业生产销售的消毒食(饮)具的卫生质量.对72份不同品牌的消毒食(饮)具产品进行了卫生质量监督抽样检查.结果所检样品卫生质量指标总合格率为93.06%(67/72),超标指标均为大肠菌群,且MPN(大肠菌群最可能数)值较高.结论消毒食(饮)具微生物指标卫生质量合格率较高,但不合格产品污染严重.而消毒食(饮)具洗涤剂、消毒剂残留量超标和一次性食(饮)具原材料污染,将成为未来面临的新问题.
