Abstract
心梗后心室重构是介于心梗及心衰之间重要的病理过程,防治心梗后心室重构对于延缓心梗后心衰的发生具有重要意义.益气活血法从内经“气能行血”理论立法处方,在治疗心梗后心室重构中取得良好的效果.然而“气能行血”的内在机制至今尚不明确,影响了益气活血法在临床的应用.从益气活血法、益气药以及NK细胞促进心肌血管新生防治心梗后心室重构多个角度论述,探讨基于NK细胞促血管新生出发研究益气药促心梗后血管新生机制以及“气能行血”的机理的可行性.
