Abstract
Results of the presented pilot studies showed that the decrease in expression of endothelial endothelial NO-synthase and increase of inducible form of enzyme has great importance at nosogenesis cirrhosis that leads to increase in formation of stable metabolite of oxide of nitrogen nitrite-anion in blood and to its reduction in a liver. It is established that at this disease cytolysis and cholestasis processes with growth of the maintenance of bile components in blood are activated, the balance pro-oxidizers antioxidants is broken, activity of mitochondrial and microsomal enzymes decreases, concentration pro-inflammatory cytokines increases. The progress of created cirrhosis at experimental animals is confirmed morphologically.
