Abstract
目的:研究食管癌组织中cystatin B基因、D10-86 cDNA片段的表达及相关性.方法:采用RT-PCR方法检测了4l对食管癌组织及配对食管癌旁正常黏膜cystatin B基因、D10-86 cDNA片段的表达.结果:cystatin B基因、D10-86 cDNA片段各在82.9%(34/41)、41.5%(17/41)食管癌组织中的表达水平低于配对的食管癌旁正常黏膜,cystatin B基因的表达下调情况显著高于D10-86 cDNA片段(P＜0.05),但2者的表达无相关性(P＞0.05).结论:cystatin B基因、D10-86 cDNA片段在食管癌中表达下调,可能源于不同的机制.2者可能分别是由不同的机制而导致在食管癌组织中表达下调.
