摘要

•Layered Co/PZT/Co structures were obtained by ion-beam sputtering/deposition.•Strong adhesion of the metal layer to the ceramic substrate was realized owing to planarization.•The maximal value of αME was 9.5 mV/(cm·Oe) at 100 Hz.•Ion-beam sputtering/deposition is good method for obtaining layered ME structures.
