Lineamientos de política para la atención educativa de poblaciones en situación de discapacidad en las instituciones de educación superior en Colombia

This article, based on an extensive review of the policy and guidelines for including disabled people, a proposed policy guidelines for providing education to populations at disability in institutions of higher education in Colombia. It was built under the Disability Center of the Masters in Disability and Social Inclusion, National University of Colombia. To carry out had the support of the Vice-President, Program for Disability and Human Rights and the Ministry of Education, Division of Populations. This article was the basic document on which the tables were developed for the construction work of the Guidelines for a Policy on Inclusive Higher Education prepared by the Branch to support the management of HEIs by the Ministry of Education.
