IGF-1R、IGFBP-1与妊娠期糖尿病巨大儿的相关性研究

Abstract
采用Real-Time PCR 技术对妊娠期糖尿病( GDM )并分娩巨大儿胎盘22例(巨大儿组)和同期18例正常孕妇分娩正常体重儿(对照组)胎盘组织中胰岛素样生长因子-1受体(IGF-1R)以及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)的mRNA进行检测，并分析两者与GDM巨大儿发生的相关性。结果显示巨大儿组患者胎盘中IGF-1R的表达量要显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；胎盘中IGFBP-1的表达水平巨大儿组较对照组低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
