论述了以问题为基础的教学模式(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)结合循证医学(Evidence-Based Medicine,EBM)教育的理念,简述从PBL→EBM改进中医急诊内科临床教学方法,培养现代医学生诊疗能力,锻炼学生的临床思维能力、循证医学能力、创新能力及终身自我教育能力.指出在目前全面贯彻素质教育的形势下,有必要进行大力推广并不断探索其教学效果.
