摘要
Bu calisma degisik gonne derecelerine sahip (B i, B2 ve B3), iO- i 4 yas grubu gonne engeiii kiz ve erkek cocuklann 12 haftalik goalbal! sporu ve hareket egitimi programi sonunda, fiziksel uygunluk duzeylerini analiz etmek amaciyla yapilmistir. Calismaya toplam 72 denek (42 erkek: 12 goalbaii, 14 hareket egitimi, 16 kontrol grubu, 30 kiz: 10 goalbali, LO hareket egitimi, LO kontrol grubu) katilmistir. Fiziksel uygunluk degerleri olarak; Maks. VOz, esneklik, el kavrama kuvveti, denge, dnrarak uzun atlama, mekik, dikey sicrama, anaerobik guc, 20 m. spiint, sag el isitsel reaksiyon zamani ve sol el isitse! reaksiyon zamani olcum ve testleri yapilmistir. . Istatistiksel analizler icin SPSS 12.0 programi kullanilmistir. Goalbali ve hareket egitimi gruplannin on testlerinde ve son testlerinden sonra gruplar arasi karsilastinnalarda Tek Yonlu Varyans Analizi (Anova) ile Tukey HSD testi kullanilmistir. Goalbaii, hareket egitimi ve kontrol gruplarinin on-son test olcumleri arasinda gelisim farki olup olmadigi, parainetrik olmayan Wileoxon testi ile degerlendirilmistir. Calisma sonucunda; goalbali sponuiun hareket egitimi programi kadar etkili olmasa da, gonne engelli cocuklann Iiziksel uygunluk duzeylerini gelistirdigi ve gonne engelli cocuklara ogretilmesinin onlarin Iiziksel ~ygunluk duzeylerini gelistirdigi gorulmustur.. Anahtar Kelimeler: Goalbaii, Fiziksel Uygunluk, Gonne Engelli, Denge, Reaksiyon Suresi ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to detennine the Physical Iitness characteristics of visuaiiy impaired girls and boys (aged 10-14) who become to graded the Bl, B2 and B3 in goalbaii and movement training 3 days a week, a dayone and half hour for 12 weeks. TotaIly 72 students who 12 goalbaJl, 14 movement training and 16 control group boy subj ects , 10 goalball, 10 movement training and LO control group girl subjects were assessed in this study. Max VOi, fleksibility, handgrip, balance, long jump, push-up, anacrobic power, 20 m. sprint, right hand auditof)' reaction time and left hand auditof)' reaction timc tests measured. SPSS 12.0 prograin was used for statistical analysis. One-way Variance Analysis (Anova) and Tukey HSD tests was used to coinpare to pre-test and post-test of Goalbali and movement traininig groups. Nonparametric Wilcoxon test was used to evaluate the differences between pre-test and post-test of Goalbali group, movement traininig group and control group. in conclUSIon, ii was clearly seen that Goalbali game improves the physical timess levells of thc visually impaired children.
