独立学院是中国高等教育大众化的必然产物,是按新机制、新模式建立的本科院校.随着独立学院的发展,独立学院的人才培养模式已经受到广泛的关注与探讨.在已有理论与实践的基础之上,通过改革课程体系、优化教学内容、突出实践教学、强化技能应用等方面,打破了独立学院传统的"7+1"人才培养模式,探讨了如何构建独立学院"1+2+X"的人才培养模式.
