Abstract
目的 探讨甲型(H1N1)流感患者外周血细胞免疫水平.方法 应用流式细胞仪检测30例确诊甲型(H1N1)流感抗体阳性患者外周血T淋巴亚群及自然杀伤(NK)细胞,并以45例普通感冒患者的检测结果作为对照,比较2组之间的差异.结果 甲型(H1N1)流感患者外周血CD3+细胞百分比与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),CD4+细胞、NK细胞百分比及CD4/CD8低于对照组(P＜0.05),CD8+细胞百分比高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 甲型(H1N1)流感患者存在细胞免疫功能异常,可能为甲型(H1N1)流感病毒变异株造成患者体内免疫功能改变的原因之一.
