Mathematical model for four weekly egg production in IWN line of White Leghorn chicken

摘要
The egg production curve for four weekly egg production in IWN line of White Leghorn under selection for egg production was studied for four generation considering total 5538 hens. Out of a total of 25 curve fit model tried model 2nd order hyperbola found to be fitting well to the data. Egg production curve were found useful to study the differences in production performance.
