Abstract
典型的t(15;17)(q22;q12)是急性早幼粒细胞白血病(APL)特有的染色体重排,全反式维甲酸(ATRA)治疗APL有较好的疗效.此外尚有一部分患者除t(15;17)外,还存在其它染色体畸变,如变异性染色体异常、复杂染色体异常,ATRA疗效欠佳.我们对非单纯t(15;17)的复杂染色体异常,用ATRA治疗无效或复发的APL患者,用三氧化二砷(As2O3)治疗取得较好的疗效,现报告如下.
