Abstract

We demonstrate random lasing emission in a AlGaAs suspended membrane randomly perforated with subwavelength circular holes. Spectrally-resolved imaging of the lasing emission allows identifying lasing modes in the diffusive regime. (C) 2011 Optical Society of America
