Abstract
TN86晾制期可溶性蛋白质和总游离氨基酸的含量是随叶位升高而增加、随晾制进程而变动的单峰曲线,且彼此相关联,峰期在3d或4d,下、中、上各叶位降幅最大的时间分别在6~9、9~12、15~18d;脯氨酸(PRO)的含量虽然也随晾制进程而变动,随叶位升高而增加,但叶位间的差距大,是峰值高、峰域较宽的单峰曲线,这与其生理作用有关,丙二醛(MDA)的含量随叶位升高而增加、随晾制进程而下降.晾制21d后总游离氨基酸含量1.5%~2.4%,属优质白肋烟最适范围.
