从“热”论消渴

Abstract
消渴病为临床的一种多发病,阴虚燥热为其基本病机,“热”贯穿整个消渴发病过程,大致分为虚热、燥热、火热、湿热、痰热、浊毒热、瘀热、郁热八类.其基本治疗准则分别对应为生津散热,补肾固本;清热润燥生津;清热解毒降气;清利湿热,行水生津;清热化痰生津;除疳湿、化痰浊、解毒瘀;消热活血化瘀;理气治肝解郁.认为从“热”论消渴可为消渴病的防治提供一定的新思路.
