Investigation Of Neutron Multiplicity Distributions In Separate Reaction Channels Using Gadolinium Loaded Large Liquid Scintillation Counters

Measurements of the neutron multiplicity distributions in fission are related with some experimental and data processing difficulties and never have been described in a comprehensive manner. Therefore there are still some doubts about the results. To clarify the situation, a subsequent experiment has been performed. The description of the experimental set-up and data unfolding procedure, as well as some results of this research, is presented in this report.
