Abstract
根据叶绿体色素的性质和色素分离原理,改变高中《生物》实验教学中“叶绿体中色素的提取和分离”实验的材料、试剂和操作方法,并与原实验进行比较.结果表明:材料选女贞叶,提取液选95％乙醇,操作方法为直接蘸取滤液印到滤纸条上.方法更方便,效果更理想.
