本文回顾分析1997年4月～2000年4月208例采用低位小切口皮下"U"型缝合术治疗阑尾炎的临床资料.本法手术创伤小、时间短、切口炎性反应及疤痕增生反应轻.对诊断明确、压痛点局限于右下腹部的阑尾炎可采用本法.
