Abstract
目的:探讨缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-inducible factor,HIF-1α)和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的表达及其与肿瘤血管生成的关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测41例HCC组织及16例非肿瘤肝组织的HIF-1α及VEGF表达,采用鼠抗人CD31单克隆抗体标记肿瘤血管内皮细胞,计数HCC组织微血管密度(micro-vessel density,MVD)值.结果:在HCC组织与非肿瘤肝组织中,HIF-1α、VEGF阳性表达率和MVD值分别为82.9%、80.5%、41.0±20.2与37.5%、25.0%、20.1±9.1,两组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).在HCC组织中,HIF-1α、VEGF与MVD三者之间均具有相关性,并与病理分级相关(P<0.05).结论:在HCC组织中,HIF-1α和VEGF呈高表达,与肿瘤血管生成密切相关.
