Abstract
An all carbon non-fullerene electron acceptor material based on diindeno[1,2-g: 1 ',2 '-s]rubicene (DIR) was readily synthesized and processed for bulk-heterojunction organic solar cells. High PCE up to 3.05% with a relatively high V-OC of 1.22 V has been achieved with P3HT electron donor material by the variation of donor-acceptor blending ratio.
