Идентификация и количественное определение основных биологически активных веществ травы пустырника с помощью ВЭЖХ-масс-спектрометрии

The composition and content of the main biologically active substances (BAS) (iridoids, flavonoids, and hydroxycinnamic acids) of motherwort herb ( Leonurus quinquilobatus Gilib., Leonurus cardiac L.) and related preparations were determined using the HPLC-DAD-ESI-MS method. The antiradical activity of raw materials and preparations of motherwort herb in DPPH-test was evaluated. The obtained results show the possibility of using these methods for evaluation of the authenticity and quality of motherwort herb, as well as drugs, extracts and food supplements based on this raw material.
