Abstract
Investigated are changes in the composition of paraffin-naphthenic hydrocarbons (PNH) in purifying water by the preparation Ekolan-M of crude oil. The main components of PNH are n -alkanes C 9 –C 30 and iso-alkanes C 8 –C 17 . The absence in the purified water of iso -alkanes C 9 and the presence in it of a small amount of n -alkanes C 22 –C 26 , whose concentration decreased compared with the initial one by 150–234 times is an evidence of nearly complete utilization by microorganism of the preparation of these fractions of hydrocarbons.
