Transformation processes in a magnetized inhomogeneous plasma with a lower hybrid pump

By using the kinetic theory of fluctuations, the transformation of a Langmuir wave into a transverse electromagnetic wave in a magnetized inhomogeneous parametrically unstable plasma was studied. The transformation coefficient was obtained when the drift waves were excited by a lower hybrid pump wave. The intensity of transverse wave radiation from the turbulent plasma was calculated.
