摘要

•Well-aligned (Al, Cu) co-doped ZnO nanorods were synthesized by simple process.•These ZnO-based nanorods exhibit ferromagnetic properties at room temperature.•These nanorods also possess the properties of high carrier concentration.•The nanorods may be applied as efficient source of polarized spins for injection.
