Possibility of detecting the hyperfine ground state transition of positronium

The formation of the hyperfine ground state positronium line at lambda = 0.147 cm is studied under various astrophysical conditions. The maser effect is shown to be realizable. The expected fluxes from this line in various regimes are estimated.
