摘要
A design method of three-dimensional finite element method of magnetic circuit model is presented to calculate the flux magnetic leakage profiles, which are induced from permanent magnet of the rotor and applied as the sole input signal for commutation logic of circuit design in motor servo. In order to obtain the unique source to evaluate the efficiency for high precise servo motor drive in a simplified driver, the relative axial geometric configurations will be constructed to calculate flux magnetic leakage density. According to the proposed method, the relative axial geometric configurations will be applied as mechanical-electromagnetic design parameter to evaluate the dynamic performances for high precise spindle motor.
