银杏叶多糖的提取及抗菌活性研究

Abstract
通过水提法提取多糖,测定多糖的含量,并对多糖的抗菌活性做出评价。以水作为提取溶剂,以葡萄糖标准曲线法得出银杏叶多糖的含量,并对大肠杆菌等菌株作抑菌活性。结果表明用水回流法进行提取,提取多糖562.5mg,多糖的提取率为0.4687%,15mg/mL银杏叶多糖有明显的抑菌活性。
