摘要
Frequency variations are due in part to different specifications of the instruments and in part to the different coupling characteristics of the media involved-water, mud, and dry sediment, We expect a different frequency response from a 10 Hz resonant detector in water than from an 8 Hz resonant detector in dry sand, And, in fact, after phase compensation, we see a smoother, broader frequency spectrum in the water-covered zones compared to the land or marsh zones. An estimated signature for each detector type indicates the bandwidth passed by the different instruments. Selecting and applying a cotimon bandwidth to the data set eliminates the frequency variation along the line.
