摘要

•Apt/Au/PEI/GO nanocomposites were prepared by a facile method.•Au/PEI/GO nanocomposites were used as a aptamer immobilization substrate.•The immobilizing amount of aptamer was high to 36.1nmol/mg.•Apt/Au/PEI/GO nanocomposites showed high capture efficiency and high recovery.
