摘要
Aims: Temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) is the most common focal epilepsy and often associated with hippocampal sclerosis (HS). The origin of HS is still unclear, besides febrile seizures and bacterial meningitis immunemediated encephalitis such as Rasmussen or limbic encephalitis (RE/LE) may cause HS. We report the case of a boy with TLE and HS of unknown cause.
