We investigated rest-frame near-infrared (NIR) morphologies of a sample of 139 galaxies with $M_{\mathrm{s}}$$\geq$ 1 $\times$ 10$^{10}\ M_{\odot}$ at z$=$ 0.8–1.2 in the GOODS-North field using our deep NIR imaging data (MOIRCS Deep Survey, MODS).
